【摘要】：正1病例資料患者男,55歲,漢族,工人。主訴:反復(fù)咳嗽、咳痰2年,加重伴胸悶、氣憋1個(gè)月�；颊哂�2年前每逢季節(jié)變化或受涼感冒后出現(xiàn)咳嗽、咳痰,咳少許白色泡沫痰,以晨起時(shí)明顯,上樓及劇烈運(yùn)動(dòng)均不受限,在家自服藥物(具體不詳)以上癥狀可緩解,期間病情反復(fù)。2016年2月份受涼后再次出現(xiàn)咳嗽、咳痰癥狀,痰為白色黏液樣,不易咳出,伴胸悶、氣短,稍活動(dòng)后即感呼吸困難,夜間高枕臥位,雙下肢
[Abstract]:The patient was 55 years old, Han nationality, worker. Chief complaint: repeated cough, expectoration for 2 years, aggravated with chest tightness, 1 month of choking.
