【摘要】：正慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是近年來慢性氣道疾病關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn),居高不下的致死率和致殘率,給呼吸專業(yè)人士帶來嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。長(zhǎng)期的臨床研究表明,COPD不僅影響氣道和肺,而且累及心腦血管、消化系統(tǒng)、泌尿系統(tǒng)以及神經(jīng)、精神系統(tǒng)等,是一種全身性疾病。血細(xì)胞異常也是COPD常見并發(fā)癥之一,但臨床關(guān)注甚少,鮮有報(bào)導(dǎo),筆者收集了本院2007年4月至2012年4月間收治該類病例126例,進(jìn)行整理分析,現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:Positive chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) has been the focus of attention in recent years. The high mortality and disability rate bring serious challenges to respiratory professionals. Long-term clinical studies have shown that COPD not only affects the airways and lungs, but also affects the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular system, digestive system, urinary system, nerve and mental system, etc. It is a systemic disease. Abnormal blood cell is also one of the common complications of COPD, but there are few clinical concerns and few reports. We collected 126 cases of this kind of cases from April 2007 to April 2012.
