【摘要】：目的分析石家莊市肺結(jié)核病人的發(fā)現(xiàn)方式,為改進(jìn)結(jié)核病人發(fā)現(xiàn)措施提供依據(jù)。方法采用SPSS統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件對(duì)石家莊市2005-2014年肺結(jié)核病人資料進(jìn)行回顧性分析。結(jié)果 2005-2014年全市19個(gè)規(guī)劃結(jié)核門診共確診登記活動(dòng)性肺結(jié)核54 266人,其中因癥就診25 368人和轉(zhuǎn)診追蹤22 971人分別占46.7%、42.3%,為主要的發(fā)現(xiàn)方式,其次為因癥推薦和健康體檢,分別占7.2%、2.5%。因癥就診人數(shù)有逐年下降的趨勢(shì),轉(zhuǎn)診與追蹤人數(shù)逐年增高。非結(jié)防機(jī)構(gòu)的大疫情報(bào)告發(fā)病率逐年升高,從2005年的34.9/10萬(wàn)到2015年提高到了69.8/10萬(wàn),且結(jié)核病�？漆t(yī)院報(bào)告的人數(shù)占所有非結(jié)防機(jī)構(gòu)報(bào)告人數(shù)的一半以上。結(jié)論目前因癥就診和轉(zhuǎn)診追蹤已成為石家莊市結(jié)核病人發(fā)現(xiàn)的主要方式,今后的工作重點(diǎn)應(yīng)在加強(qiáng)大眾宣傳的基礎(chǔ)上,加強(qiáng)對(duì)非結(jié)防機(jī)構(gòu)的報(bào)告和轉(zhuǎn)診工作的管理,同時(shí)加強(qiáng)對(duì)結(jié)核病專科醫(yī)院診治病人的管理。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the way of finding tuberculosis patients in Shijiazhuang City, and to provide basis for improving the measures of finding tuberculosis patients. Methods the data of pulmonary tuberculosis patients in Shijiazhuang from 2005 to 2014 were analyzed retrospectively by SPSS software. Results from 2005 to 2014, 54,266 registered active tuberculosis patients were diagnosed in 19 planned TB outpatient clinics in the city, of which 25,368 were diagnosed as patients and 22 971 were followed by referral tracing, accounting for 42.7% of the total, which was the main method of discovery, followed by the recommendation of symptoms and health examination, accounting for 7.2% 2.5 respectively. The number of patients was decreasing year by year, and the number of referrals and follow-up increased year by year. The reported incidence rate of large epidemic situation in non-tuberculosis prevention organizations increased year by year, from 34.9% to 100000 in 2005 to 69.8% / 100 000 in 2015, and the number of people reported by specialized TB hospitals accounted for more than half of the total number reported by non-TB prevention agencies. Conclusion the diagnosis and referral of tuberculosis patients in Shijiazhuang City has become the main way to find tuberculosis patients. The emphasis of the future work should be on the basis of strengthening public propaganda and strengthening the management of reports and referrals of non-junction prevention organizations. At the same time, we should strengthen the management of patients in tuberculosis hospital.
