【摘要】:自噬現(xiàn)象早在50多年前即被人類發(fā)現(xiàn),近十年來成為研究的熱點(diǎn),在各種真核細(xì)胞中可普遍發(fā)現(xiàn)其存在,它不僅參與了細(xì)胞的正常生理過程,同時(shí)也參與了病理過程的發(fā)生。經(jīng)過數(shù)年的探索,人們對自噬作用研究的不斷深入,對其作用機(jī)制也逐漸明了,并逐漸發(fā)現(xiàn)自噬在多種疾病都發(fā)揮著不可或缺的作用,,其中慢性阻塞性肺疾。–hronicObstructive Pulmonary Disease,COPD)與自噬作用的關(guān)系的研究也不斷多。作為造成死亡的重大疾病之一,COPD逐漸成為一個(gè)不容忽視的公共健康問題。但是,COPD的發(fā)病機(jī)制尚不明確,隨著自噬現(xiàn)象及其與COPD的關(guān)系研究進(jìn)一步深入,為COPD的防治尋找新的治療策略。因此,該文著重討論自噬在COPD發(fā)病機(jī)制中的作用及其在COPD中的臨床運(yùn)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Autophagy was discovered by human beings more than 50 years ago. In the last decade, autophagy has become a hot topic. It can be found in all kinds of eukaryotic cells. It not only participates in the normal physiological process of cells, but also takes part in the pathological process. After several years of exploration, the study of autophagy has been deepened, the mechanism of autophagy has been gradually understood, and it has gradually been found that autophagy plays an indispensable role in many diseases. The relationship between chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and autophagy is more and more. As one of the major causes of death, COPD has gradually become a public health problem that can not be ignored. However, the pathogenesis of COPD is still unclear. With the further study of autophagy and its relationship with COPD, a new treatment strategy for the prevention and treatment of COPD is sought. Therefore, this article focuses on the role of autophagy in the pathogenesis of COPD and its clinical value in COPD.
