【摘要】：目的探討固本寧肺方對接受吸入激素治療的慢阻肺患者呼吸道感染的影響,對臨床治療慢阻肺患者的效率進行分析,為臨床治療提供可靠的依據(jù)。方法選擇2013年6月-2016年6月于醫(yī)院接診的慢阻肺患者160例,將其分為兩組,對照組采用常規(guī)治療,常規(guī)治療加用固本寧肺治療的為觀察組,每組各有80例患者,通過對兩組患者治療后的臨床療效、呼吸道感染發(fā)生率和治療前后的免疫功能情況進行對比。結(jié)果兩組治療后的CD_3、CD_4水平均有上升,觀察組上升的幅度明顯大于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),兩組CD_8水平有所下降,觀察組下降的幅度大于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組發(fā)生上呼吸道感染1例,咽部真菌感染1例,發(fā)生率為2.5%,對照組發(fā)生上呼吸道感染4例,下呼吸道感染3例,咽部真菌感染2例,發(fā)生率為11.25%,觀察組的呼吸道感染發(fā)生率明顯低于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組總有效率為92.5%,對照組總有效率為71.25%,觀察組明顯高于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論采用固本寧肺方對接受吸入激素治療的慢阻肺患者進行治療,能夠提高治療的療效,降低呼吸道感染的發(fā)生率,提高患者的免疫功能,效果顯著,值得推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of Gubenning Feifang on respiratory tract infection in patients with COPD treated with inhaled hormone, and to analyze the efficiency of clinical treatment of COPD, and to provide a reliable basis for clinical treatment. Methods from June 2013 to June 2016, 160 patients with COPD were selected and divided into two groups. The control group was treated with routine therapy and the control group was treated with Gubenning lung therapy. There were 80 patients in each group. The clinical efficacy, incidence of respiratory tract infection and immune function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results after treatment, the levels of CD3, CD4 and CD8 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The level of CD8 in the two groups was decreased, and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), there were 1 case of upper respiratory tract infection and 1 case of pharyngeal fungal infection in the observation group, and the incidence was 2.5. In the control group, there were 4 cases of upper respiratory tract infection, 3 cases of lower respiratory tract infection and 2 cases of pharyngeal fungal infection. The incidence of respiratory tract infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05), the total effective rate in the observation group was 92.5, and the total effective rate in the control group was 71.25, which was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the treatment of chronic obstructive lung patients treated with inhaled hormone can improve the curative effect, reduce the incidence of respiratory tract infection, improve the immune function of the patients, and it is worth popularizing.
