【摘要】：目的探討咳嗽變異性哮喘、典型支氣管哮喘患者外周血中樹突狀細(xì)胞(DCs)及其亞型髓樣樹突狀細(xì)胞(m DC)、漿細(xì)胞樣樹突狀細(xì)胞(p DC)比例和數(shù)量的變化,了解咳嗽變異性哮喘與典型支氣管哮喘之間是否有類似的免疫學(xué)發(fā)病機(jī)制。方法選取典型支氣管哮喘患者34例,咳嗽變異性哮喘患者17例,健康對(duì)照組17例,使用流式細(xì)胞術(shù)檢測(cè)和計(jì)算典型支氣管哮喘與咳嗽變異性哮喘患者外周血中DCs及其兩個(gè)亞群:p DC和m DC所占比例和數(shù)量的變化。結(jié)果咳嗽變異性哮喘與典型支氣管哮喘相比,其外周血DCs及其亞型的數(shù)量和比例均差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),咳嗽變異性哮喘、典型支氣管哮喘與健康對(duì)照組比較,p DC數(shù)量及比例明顯升高,m DCs/p DCs的比值降低差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論咳嗽變異性哮喘與支氣管哮喘的發(fā)病機(jī)制在免疫學(xué)上類似,由于p DCs比例和數(shù)量的增多引起Th2細(xì)胞數(shù)量增多,造成Th1/Th2平衡向Th2細(xì)胞偏移。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes of the percentage and quantity of dendritic cells (DCs), myeloid dendritic cells (MDCs) and plasmacyte dendritic cells (MDCs) in peripheral blood of patients with cough variant asthma and typical bronchial asthma. To understand whether there is a similar immunological mechanism between cough variant asthma and typical bronchial asthma. Methods 34 cases of typical bronchial asthma, 17 cases of cough variant asthma and 17 cases of healthy control group were selected. Flow cytometry was used to detect and calculate the percentage and number of DCs and their two subgroups in peripheral blood of patients with typical asthma and cough variant asthma. Results there was no significant difference in the number and proportion of DCs and their subtypes between cough variant asthma and typical bronchial asthma. Compared with the control group, the number and proportion of DC in typical bronchial asthma group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the ratio of DC / DC decreased significantly (P 0.05). Conclusion the pathogenesis of cough variant asthma and bronchial asthma is similar in immunology. Th2 cells increase due to the proportion and number of p-DCs, resulting in the shift of Th1 / Th2 balance to Th2 cells.
