【摘要】：目的:了解單硝酸異山梨酯對自發(fā)性高血壓大鼠(SHR)肺組織NO、i NOS、IL-1及IL-6水平的影響與意義。方法:14周齡Wistar和SHR雄性大鼠各20只,分別隨機分成W0、W1、S0、S1四組,每組各10只。其中,W0和S0組飼喂生理鹽水和普通飼料,W1和S1組飼喂單硝酸異山梨酯和普通飼料。喂養(yǎng)12周后,取大鼠肺組織檢測NO、i NOS、IL-1、IL6的濃度。結(jié)果:W1組NO、i NOS、IL-1、IL6與WO組相比,水平偏高且差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);S1組NO、i NOS、IL-1、IL6與SO組相比,水平偏高且差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);W1、S1組NO、i NOS水平均與IL-1、IL-6呈正相關(guān)。結(jié)論:(1)單硝酸異山梨酯會導(dǎo)致正常大鼠肺組織NO、i NOS、IL-1、IL6的顯著增加,即預(yù)示著慢性炎癥的存在;(2)長期飼喂單硝酸異山梨酯后,可能會導(dǎo)致高血壓大鼠機體炎癥因子的增加,加重肺組織的炎癥狀態(tài),造成肺組織的損害。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the effect and significance of isosorbide mononitrate (Isosorbide mononitrate) on the levels of IL 1 and IL 6 in lung tissue of spontaneously hypertensive rats. Methods Twenty male Wistar and twenty SHR male rats aged 14 weeks were randomly divided into four groups: W0W1S0S0S1 group with 10 rats in each group. Groups W0 and S0 were fed normal saline and normal diet W1 and S1 groups were fed isosorbide mononitrate and common diet. After 12 weeks of feeding, the lung tissues of rats were collected to detect the concentration of NOSl IL 6. Results compared with WO group, the level of NOI NOSU IL-1IL-1IL-6 in group W1 was higher than that in group WO. There was significant difference between the two groups. Compared with so group, the level of NOI NOSU IL-1IL-6 in group 1 was higher than that in group so, and there was a positive correlation between NOI NOS level and IL-6 in S1 group (P 0.05) and IL 1 (IL 6) in S 1 group (P < 0 05, P 0 05, P 1, P 0 05, P 1, P 0 05, P 1, P 0 05, P 1, P 0 05). Conclusion Isosorbide mononitrate can significantly increase the level of IL-1IL-6 in the lung tissue of normal rats, that is to say, the presence of chronic inflammation may lead to the increase of inflammatory factors in hypertensive rats after long-term administration of isosorbide mononitrate. Aggravate the inflammatory state of lung tissue, cause the damage of lung tissue.
