黑點(diǎn)蛤蚧與紅點(diǎn)蛤蚧治療哮喘小鼠的療效比較

【摘要】:通過ELISA法測(cè)定地塞米松干預(yù)組、黑點(diǎn)蛤蚧干預(yù)組和紅點(diǎn)蛤蚧干預(yù)組(每組10只小鼠)對(duì)哮喘模型小鼠的肺泡灌洗液(bronchoalveolar lavage fluid,BALF)中IgE的變化,通過細(xì)胞染色計(jì)數(shù)法計(jì)算三個(gè)干預(yù)組小鼠BALF中嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞(Eosnophil,EOS)占白細(xì)胞比例變化以及通過觀察三個(gè)干預(yù)組小鼠哮喘癥狀變化情況,比較黑點(diǎn)蛤蚧與紅點(diǎn)蛤蚧對(duì)哮喘的療效.結(jié)果顯示黑點(diǎn)蛤蚧對(duì)哮喘小鼠的平喘及炎癥改善療效高于紅點(diǎn)蛤蚧.
[Abstract]:The changes of IgE in alveolar lavage fluid bronchoalveolar lavage fluido (BALFF) of asthmatic mice were measured by ELISA method in dexamethasone intervention group, black spot gecko intervention group and red dot gecko intervention group (10 mice in each group). The changes of eosinophil Eosnophila eosinophil (Eosnophila) in BALF in three intervention groups and the changes of asthma symptoms in the three intervention groups were calculated by means of cell staining counting method. The curative effects of Gecko gecko on asthma were compared with those of Gecko gecko. The results showed that the antiasthmatic and inflammatory effects of the black dot gecko were higher than that of the red spot gecko.
