【摘要】:人呼出氣體中含有數(shù)百種的痕量揮發(fā)性有機(jī)化合物(VOCs),其中的某些內(nèi)源性VOCs可作為臨床生物標(biāo)志物.在當(dāng)前復(fù)雜空氣污染環(huán)境下,無(wú)論對(duì)于呼出氣體分析/診斷還是環(huán)境暴露評(píng)估,呼出氣體中內(nèi)源性VOCs濃度的準(zhǔn)確測(cè)定都非常重要.本文綜述了國(guó)內(nèi)外在該方向上的研究進(jìn)展,討論了在呼出氣體樣本采集、檢測(cè)及分析等方面的研究現(xiàn)狀和存在的問(wèn)題,并結(jié)合當(dāng)前技術(shù)水平提出了發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的個(gè)人看法.
[Abstract]:There are hundreds of trace volatile organic compounds in human exhaled gases, and some endogenous VOCs can be used as clinical biomarkers. In the current complex air pollution environment, it is very important to accurately determine the concentration of endogenous VOCs in the exhaled gas, whether for the analysis / diagnosis of the exhaled gas or for the assessment of environmental exposure. This paper summarizes the research progress in this direction at home and abroad, discusses the present research situation and existing problems in the collection, detection and analysis of exhaled gas samples, and puts forward some personal views on the development trend combined with the current technical level.
