【摘要】：目的確定老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的癥狀模式與困擾程度。方法納入206例老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,應(yīng)用記憶癥狀評定量表進行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果患者生理和心理癥狀負擔(dān)較大,疾病嚴重程度、病程不同,總體癥狀、生理、心理癥狀得分差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論癥狀負擔(dān)伴隨疾病發(fā)展的各個階段,老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者有癥狀控制需求,因此應(yīng)進行綜合癥狀評估,以減緩癥狀困擾,提高生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to determine the symptom pattern and the degree of distress in the elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 206 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were included in the questionnaire. Results the burden of physical and psychological symptoms was larger, the severity of the disease, the course of disease were different, the overall symptoms, physiological and psychological symptoms were scored. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the symptoms burden associated with the development of the disease, the elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease have the symptom control needs, so the comprehensive symptom assessment should be carried out in order to slow down the symptoms and improve the quality of life.
