【摘要】：目的：觀察不同海拔肺氣腫大鼠的平均內(nèi)襯間隔（mean linear intercept，MLI）、破壞指數(shù)（destructive index，DI）、單個(gè)肺泡面積（area of pulmonary alveoli，，APA）、單位面積肺泡數(shù)（Density of pulmonary alveoli，DPA），研究低壓低氧環(huán)境對(duì)肺氣腫大鼠肺組織結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。 方法：將40只Wistar大鼠按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表隨機(jī)分為中海拔(2260m)空白對(duì)照組、中海拔鹽水組、中海拔肺氣腫組及高海拔鹽水組和高海拔肺氣腫組(模擬海拔5000m，壓力：52889Pa～53001Pa，氧分壓：42mmHg，新風(fēng)量：110～189m3/h，溫度：16.9℃-24℃，濕度：37.3%-51%)。鹽水組及肺氣腫組連續(xù)四周每周一次腹腔內(nèi)注射0.8ml生理鹽水及香煙煙霧提取物（Cigarette smoke extract，CSE）。病理切片蘇木素-伊紅染色后，測(cè)定MLI、DI、APA、DPA。 結(jié)果：中海拔肺氣腫組MLI(189.22±27.96um)、 DI(53.34±6.54%)、APA(5740.12±749.25um2)較中海拔鹽水組（158.30±28.37um，20.90±3.57%，3101.25±763.43um2）明顯升高（p0.001），DPA（184.53±30.18mm2）較中海拔鹽水組（334.02±50.02mm2）明顯減少（p0.001）；高海拔肺氣腫組MLI（226.61±27.51um）、DI（73.98±6.97%）、APA（10606.83±923.057um2）較高海拔鹽水組（193.13±24.66um、57.64±6.72%、5399.42±1058.47um2）均明顯升高（p0.001），DPA（88.84±5.67mm2）較鹽水組（182.11±39.79mm2）明顯減少（p0.001）。高海拔鹽水組MLI、DI、APA均較中海拔鹽水組顯著升高（p0.001），DPA顯著降低（p0.001）；高海拔肺氣腫組MLI、DI、APA較中海拔肺氣腫組均明顯升高（p0.001），DPA顯著降低（p0.001）。 結(jié)論：高海拔肺氣腫組肺組織MLI、DI、APA較中海拔肺氣腫組比較均顯著升高，DPA顯著減少，說明低壓、低氧環(huán)境加重肺氣腫大鼠肺組織結(jié)構(gòu)的破壞。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effects of low pressure hypoxia on lung tissue structure of emphysema rats at different elevations by observing the mean linear interceptance of MLI, the damage index of destructive index, the single alveolar area of pulmonary alveolar area, and the number of alveoli of pulmonary alveolus DPAA per unit area in rats with emphysema.
