【摘要】：目的了解張家港市流動人口中結(jié)核病例的基本特征和治療情況,為更有效地開展流動人口結(jié)核病防治工作提供方向和重點(diǎn)。方法以張家港市為研究現(xiàn)場,隨機(jī)抽取123名2011-2012年確診的流動人口肺結(jié)核病例,使用統(tǒng)一設(shè)計的調(diào)查問卷進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果調(diào)查對象的結(jié)核基本知識的完全知曉率為22.76%,患者對肺結(jié)核的治愈情況、癥狀、免費(fèi)政策的知曉率較高,分別為89.43%、86.99%、83.74%。調(diào)查對象普遍缺乏醫(yī)療保障,以自費(fèi)為主(占43.09%),其次為新農(nóng)合(占34.96%)。醫(yī)療費(fèi)、日常飲食支出占了收入的60.56%。35.77%的病人在患病后返鄉(xiāng)治療。結(jié)論應(yīng)重視流動人口的宣傳教育;進(jìn)一步加大流動人口醫(yī)療保障力度,提高新農(nóng)合醫(yī)保報銷支付比例;轉(zhuǎn)出治療仍然是個突出的問題,要通過信息化手段來落實(shí)流動人口的結(jié)核病管理。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the basic characteristics and treatment of tuberculosis in the floating population of Zhangjiagang City, and to provide the direction and emphasis for the prevention and treatment of tuberculosis in the floating population. Methods 123 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis in floating population from 2011 to 2012 were randomly selected from Zhangjiagang City and investigated by a unified questionnaire. Results the complete awareness rate of the basic knowledge of tuberculosis was 22.76. The awareness rate of the patients about the cure, symptoms and free policy of tuberculosis was higher, which was 89.43%, 86.99% and 83.74%, respectively. The subjects of investigation were lack of medical security, mainly at their own expense (43.09%), followed by the new rural cooperation (34.96%). Medical expenses and daily food expenses accounted for 60.56% and 35.77% of the patients returned to their hometown for treatment. Conclusion We should pay attention to the propaganda and education of the floating population, further increase the medical security of the floating population, increase the proportion of reimbursement payment for the new rural cooperative medical insurance, and transfer treatment is still a prominent problem. It is necessary to implement tuberculosis management of floating population by means of information technology.
