【摘要】：目的觀察酮替芬聯(lián)合沙美特羅替卡松治療變應(yīng)性咳嗽的臨床療效。方法 94例變應(yīng)性咳嗽患者分成兩組,觀察組48例口服酮替芬1mg,每天2次,同時(shí)吸入沙美特羅替卡松50/250μg,每天2次。對照組46例口服復(fù)方甲氧那明2片,每天3次,治療時(shí)間6周。結(jié)果兩組患者治療后較治療前咳嗽癥狀評分顯著降低,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。治療3周后觀察組療效較對照組顯著提高(P0.05),6周后觀察組療效比對照組提高更為顯著(P0.01)。兩組患者不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論酮替芬聯(lián)合沙美特羅替卡松治療變應(yīng)性咳嗽較復(fù)方甲氧那明療效更好,適用范圍更廣,不良反應(yīng)更少。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of ketotifen combined with salmeterol in the treatment of allergic cough. Methods Ninety-four patients with allergic cough were divided into two groups: the observation group (n = 48) received ketotifen 1 mg orally twice a day and inhaled salmeterol 50 / 250 渭 g twice a day. The control group (n = 46) was treated for 6 weeks by taking 2 tablets of compound methoxylamine three times a day. Results after treatment, the cough symptom scores in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.01). After 3 weeks of treatment, the curative effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. After 6 weeks of treatment, the curative effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. There was a significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion ketotifen combined with salmeterolticasone is more effective than compound methoxifen in the treatment of allergic cough.
