【摘要】：目的肺部感染患者使用抗菌藥物后,肺組織局部藥物濃度能夠更準(zhǔn)確地預(yù)測(cè)臨床療效,本文總結(jié)了重癥肺部感染常用抗菌藥物肺部濃度的相關(guān)研究,并對(duì)肺組織藥物濃度測(cè)定方法及滲透性特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:Objective the local concentration of antibiotics in lung tissue can predict the clinical efficacy more accurately after the use of antibiotics in patients with pulmonary infection. The methods of determination of drug concentration and the characteristics of permeability in lung tissue were reviewed.
