【摘要】：目的：通過相關(guān)資料分析研究慢性阻塞性肺病合并多臟器功能損害與患者的年齡、性別、合并癥等有無相關(guān)性并通過治療過程中觀察實驗室指標的變化(肝功能、腎功能、BNP、D-二聚體等)來評價治療過程中不同治療方案對實驗室指標變化的影響。方法：收集2013年2月至2015年2月就診于我院呼吸科明確診斷慢性阻塞性肺病并已經(jīng)合并不同程度的兩個臟器器官功能損害患者的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計分析,本次研宄中通過治療前后患者各項指標的變化相對比,來了解不同治療方案對各項指標變化的影響。結(jié)果：入院患者性別、年齡、族別等無統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異。肺心病患者經(jīng)無創(chuàng)呼吸輔助通氣對癥治療后可一定程度上的改善心功能、腎功能,與未給予無創(chuàng)呼吸輔助通氣患者之間差別有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論：無創(chuàng)呼吸機輔助通氣對癥治療可減輕慢性阻塞性肺病合并多臟器功能損害時的心腎功能(實驗室指標表現(xiàn)為BNP、D-二聚體、尿酸明顯下降,有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,P0.05)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the correlation between multiple organ dysfunction and age, sex and complications in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and to observe the changes of laboratory indexes (liver function, liver function) in the course of treatment. Renal function BNPD-dimer was used to evaluate the effect of different treatment regimens on the changes of laboratory indexes. Methods: from February 2013 to February 2015, the data of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) diagnosed in respiratory department of our hospital who had been complicated with different degrees of organ function damage were collected and analyzed statistically. In this study, the effects of different treatment schemes on the changes of indexes were studied by comparing the changes of patients' indexes before and after treatment. Results: there was no significant difference in sex, age and ethnic group. The patients with cor pulmonale can improve their cardiac function and renal function to a certain extent after the treatment of non-invasive respiratory assisted ventilation, and the difference is statistically significant between the patients without non-invasive respiratory assisted ventilation. Conclusion: the treatment of non-invasive ventilator assisted ventilation can reduce the heart and kidney function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with multiple organ function damage (the laboratory index is BNP-D-dimer, uric acid is obviously decreased, there is statistical significance (P0.05).
