【摘要】：目的探討早期經(jīng)電子支氣管鏡吸痰及肺泡灌洗術(shù)治療吸入性肺炎臨床治療效果。方法 40例患者中在綜合治療的基礎(chǔ)上實(shí)行電子鏡吸痰及肺泡灌洗術(shù)20例為治療組,綜合治療20例為對(duì)照組,治療后對(duì)體溫、白細(xì)胞、血?dú)膺M(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果治療組體溫、白細(xì)胞恢復(fù)正常,動(dòng)脈血PO2、PCO2、SO2%在治療后1周較對(duì)照組有顯著改善(P0.05)。結(jié)論早期實(shí)行電子支氣管鏡吸痰及肺泡灌洗術(shù)對(duì)改善老年人吸入性肺炎的臨床癥狀有肯定療效,可有效縮短治療周期,改善病情。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of early electronic bronchoscope sputum aspiration and alveolar lavage in the treatment of inhaled pneumonia. Methods 40 patients were treated with electronic microscopy and alveolar lavage in 20 cases, and 20 cases were treated as the control group. After treatment, the body temperature, leukocyte and blood gas were compared. The body temperature and the white blood cells returned to normal, and the arterial blood PO2, PCO2 and SO2% were significantly improved at 1 weeks after the treatment (P0.05). Conclusion the early implementation of electronic bronchoscopic sputum absorption and alveolar lavage is effective in improving the clinical symptoms of inhalation pneumonia in the elderly, which can effectively shorten the treatment cycle and improve the condition.
