【摘要】：隨著不依賴培養(yǎng)的微生物檢測技術(shù)和下呼吸道標本采集技術(shù)的發(fā)展,人們逐漸對呼吸道微生態(tài)有了更加深入的了解。大量研究已經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)呼吸道微生態(tài)與各種呼吸道疾病密切相關(guān),并提示呼吸道菌群在呼吸道疾病的發(fā)病機制和治療方法研究上有重要作用。本文就呼吸道微生態(tài)研究方法、健康人體呼吸道微生態(tài)、呼吸道微生態(tài)與呼吸道疾病相關(guān)性的研究進展作一綜述。
[Abstract]:With the development of non-culture microorganism detection technology and lower respiratory tract specimen collection technology, people gradually have a deeper understanding of respiratory microecology. A large number of studies have found that respiratory microecology is closely related to various respiratory diseases, and it is suggested that respiratory microflora plays an important role in the study of pathogenesis and treatment of respiratory diseases. In this paper, the research progress on the research methods of respiratory microecology, the relationship between respiratory microecology and respiratory diseases in healthy human beings is reviewed.
