【摘要】：目的在物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,初步建立古美社區(qū)慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者管理模式,為社區(qū)COPD患者綜合管理提供科學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。方法利用物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的特性,制訂COPD患者管理方案,以此作為技術(shù)路線;經(jīng)復(fù)旦大學(xué)附屬中山醫(yī)院呼吸科專家培訓(xùn),建立同質(zhì)化COPD醫(yī)師團(tuán)隊(duì)。結(jié)果繪制COPD患者管理模式圖,初步形成一支合格的、同質(zhì)化的管理COPD的全科醫(yī)師團(tuán)隊(duì)。結(jié)論通過(guò)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)管理,初步形成一套數(shù)據(jù)自動(dòng)傳輸過(guò)程中人工質(zhì)控模式,初步建立基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的社區(qū)COPD患者綜合管理模式。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish the management model of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients on the basis of the Internet of things technology, and to provide scientific experience for the comprehensive management of the community COPD patients. Methods using the characteristics of the Internet of things technology, the management scheme of COPD patients was formulated as a technical route. The University Affiliated Zhongshan Hospital Department of respiration expert training, the establishment of homogeneity COPD team. Results in the drawing of COPD patients management pattern map, initially forming a qualified, homogeneous management COPD general practitioner team. Conclusion through the Internet of things technology management, preliminary form a set of data automatic transmission process artificial quality control model, preliminary establishment Community COPD patient integrated management mode based on Internet of things.
