【摘要】：慢性咳嗽對生活質(zhì)量的影響越來越受到重視,目前視覺模擬量表、咳嗽癥狀積分、咳嗽敏感性測定、咳嗽頻率測定等評估咳嗽嚴重程度的工具,無法全面評估慢性咳嗽對生活質(zhì)量的影響。近年國外開發(fā)的咳嗽特異性健康相關(guān)的生活質(zhì)量量表用于評價咳嗽對生活質(zhì)量的影響,取得非常好的效果,本研究擬把它引進國內(nèi),評價其適用性及應用價值。 第一部分：中文版CQLQ的信度、效度及反應度評價 [目的] 將cough-specific quality-of-life questionnaire (CQLQ)漢化成中文版,進行信度、效度和反應度評價。 [方法] 經(jīng)過正譯、回譯、預測試、調(diào)整定稿4個步驟將CQLQ翻譯成中文版,根據(jù)80例慢性咳嗽患者的測試結(jié)果分析量表的信度、效度和反應度。 [結(jié)果] 量表的Cronbach's α系數(shù)為0.935,24小時重測信度系數(shù)為0.931；身體不適、社會心理問題、職業(yè)技能、極端身體不適4個領(lǐng)域的得分與量表總分的相關(guān)系數(shù)比較高(均0.8),但情感健康與人身安全的恐懼分別為0.536和0.540。主成分因子分析共提取6個公因子,可解釋總變異的66.603%；治療前后量表總分效應度達到0.99。 [結(jié)論] 中文版CQLQ具有良好的信度和效度,能較好的區(qū)分治療效果。 第二部分：中文版CQLQ的應用研究 [目的] 評價中文版CQLQ的應用價值。 [方法] 受試者同時完成中文版CQLQ與視覺模擬量表、咳嗽癥狀積分或咳嗽敏感性測定,統(tǒng)計分析它們之間的相關(guān)性。 [結(jié)果] 中文版CQLQ與視覺模擬量表評分、咳嗽日間癥狀積分及咳嗽夜間癥狀積分呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系,相關(guān)系數(shù)分別為0.576、0.376、0.453(P0.05)；中文版CQLQ與咳嗽敏感性的相關(guān)性無統(tǒng)計學意義。 [結(jié)論] 中文版CQLQ能夠更全面地評價慢性咳嗽對生活質(zhì)量的影響,與視覺模擬量表和咳嗽日夜積分呈中等相關(guān),與咳嗽敏感性無顯著相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:The influence of chronic cough on quality of life has been paid more and more attention. At present, the visual analogue scale, cough symptom score, cough sensitivity test, cough frequency measurement and other tools to assess the severity of cough, The impact of chronic cough on quality of life cannot be fully assessed. The cough specific health related quality of life scale developed abroad in recent years has been used to evaluate the effect of cough on quality of life. This study intends to introduce it into China to evaluate its applicability and application value. Part one: reliability, validity and response of Chinese version of CQLQ [purpose] The Chinese version of cough-specific quality-of-life questionnaire was converted into Chinese version, and the reliability, validity and response were evaluated. [methods] The CQLQ was translated into Chinese version by four steps: positive translation, back translation, predictive test and final adjustment. The reliability, validity and response of the scale were analyzed according to the test results of 80 patients with chronic cough. [results] The Cronbach's 偽 coefficient of the scale was 0. 935 and 24 hours retest reliability coefficient was 0. 931. The correlation coefficient between the scores of extreme physical discomfort and the total score of the scale was higher (all 0.80. 8), but the fear of emotional health and personal safety were 0.536 and 0.540 respectively. A total of 6 common factors were extracted by principal component factor analysis (PCA) to explain the total variation of 66.603, and the total score effect of the scale reached 0.99 before and after treatment. [conclusion] The Chinese version of CQLQ has good reliability and validity. The second part: the application research of Chinese version CQLQ [purpose] Evaluate the application value of Chinese version CQLQ. [methods] At the same time, the Chinese version of CQLQ and visual analogue scale, cough symptom score or cough sensitivity were measured, and the correlation between them was analyzed statistically. [results] The Chinese version of CQLQ was positively correlated with the score of visual analogue scale, the score of cough symptom during day and the score of cough nocturnal symptom, and the correlation coefficient was 0.5760.376U 0.453P0.05, respectively, but there was no significant correlation between the Chinese version of CQLQ and the cough sensitivity. [conclusion] The Chinese version of CQLQ was able to evaluate the effect of chronic cough on quality of life more comprehensively, which had a moderate correlation with visual analogue scale and cough day and night score, but had no significant correlation with cough sensitivity.
