【摘要】:正氧化應激是導致呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病的一個主要原因。近來越來越多的證據(jù)表明NADPH氧化酶在呼吸系統(tǒng)產生活性氧(ROS)過程中發(fā)揮重要作用。NADPH氧化酶體系現(xiàn)在已基本確定7種氧化酶(NOX)同源異構體,包括NOX1-5、DUOX1、DUOX2,兩種組織亞基(p47phox、NOXO1),兩種激活亞基(p67phox、NOXA1),以及兩種雙重氧化酶(DUOX)特定的成熟因素(DUOXA1和DUOXA2)~[1]。NOX
[Abstract]:Positive oxidative stress is a major cause of respiratory diseases. Recently, there has been more and more evidence that NADPH oxidase plays an important role in the production of reactive oxygen species (Ros) in respiratory system. These include NOX1-5, DUOX1, DUOX2, two tissue subunits, p47phox, two activated subunits, p67phox, NOXA1, and two specific maturation factors, DUOXA1 and DUOXA2OX1 ~ [1] .NOX, as well as two specific maturation factors, DUOXA1 and DUOXA2UXA2OX1, as well as two specific maturation factors, DUOXA1 and DUOXA2N ~ [1] .NOX.
