【摘要】：目的:研究止嗽化痰膠囊聯(lián)合左氧氟沙星對慢性支氣管炎急性發(fā)作患者的治療效果。方法:回顧性分析2014年8月~2016年4月在鄭州大學附屬鄭州中心醫(yī)院接受治療的80例慢性支氣管炎急性發(fā)作患者的臨床資料,根據(jù)其治療方式分為左氧氟沙星組(對照組)和止嗽化痰膠囊聯(lián)合左氧氟沙星治療組(觀察組)。觀察兩組治療前后癥狀積分、肺功能、炎癥細胞因子水平和副作用發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果:(1)治療后觀察組咳嗽、咯痰和肺部聽診積分分別為(0.75±0.15、0.66±0.08和0.61±0.17)分,均明顯低于對照組(1.18±0.21、1.12±0.16和1.14±0.11)分。(2)治療后觀察組用力肺活量(FVC)、一秒用力呼氣容積(FEV1)、FEV1/FVC、最大呼氣中期流量(MMEF)和呼氣流量峰值(PEF)水平分別為(3.24±0.47L、3.05±0.43L、74.16±8.35%、3.11±0.67L/s、7.32±0.57L/s),均明顯高于對照組(2.25±0.52L、2.02±0.35L、60.21±7.48%、2.09±0.43L/s、6.18±0.43L/s)。(3)治療后觀察組白細胞介素-8(IL-8)、超敏C-反應蛋白(hs-CRP)和腫瘤壞死因子-α(TNF-α)水平分別為(108.78±5.02pg/ml、12.02±1.08mg/L和19.48±1.0ng/L),均明顯低于對照組(197.32±4.24pg/ml、15.14±1.12mg/L和24.35±1.29ng/L)。(4)兩組患者均未出肝腎功能異常。結(jié)論:止嗽化痰膠囊聯(lián)合左氧氟沙星對慢性支氣管炎急性發(fā)作有較好的治療效果,可明顯改善患者的癥狀和肺功能。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the therapeutic effect of Zhisou Huatan capsule combined with levofloxacin on acute attack of chronic bronchitis. Methods: the clinical data of 80 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis who were treated in Zhengzhou Central Hospital affiliated to Zhengzhou University from August 2014 to April 2016 were analyzed retrospectively. According to its treatment method, it was divided into levofloxacin group (control group) and Zhisou Huatan capsule combined with levofloxacin treatment group (observation group). Symptom score, pulmonary function, inflammatory cytokines and side effects were observed before and after treatment.
