【摘要】：正犬食道破裂是一種危害嚴重的疾病,多因食道異物梗阻、巨食道癥、永久性右動脈弓、食道腫瘤、化療藥物腐蝕及外力作用損傷等造成[1]。臨床上食道破裂以食道異物阻塞所致最為常見。異物含帶各種病原與阻塞物前端的食道內容物混合由破裂孔一并溢入縱隔和胸腔內,可引起縱隔炎、胸膜炎、胸水及膿毒血癥,出現(xiàn)發(fā)燒和呼吸困難等一系列嚴重癥狀[2]。尖銳的異物可對食道形成刺激作用并引起黏膜下層組織的炎癥,甚至刺破食道壁
[Abstract]:Canine esophageal rupture is a serious disease caused by esophageal foreign body obstruction, giant esophagus disease, permanent right arterial arch, esophageal neoplasms, chemotherapeutic drugs corrosion and external force damage [1]. Esophageal rupture is the most common cause of esophageal foreign body obstruction. The mixture of esophageal contents with various pathogens and obstructions into the mediastinum and thorax from the ruptured orifice may cause mediastinal inflammation, pleurisy, pleural effusion and sepsis, fever, dyspnea and a series of serious symptoms [2].
