【摘要】：目的比較兩分鐘潮氣法與定量吸入法乙酰甲膽堿激發(fā)試驗對哮喘患者的診斷價值。方法對15例哮喘患者和9例正常志愿者進(jìn)行兩分鐘潮氣法與定量吸入法乙酰甲膽堿激發(fā)試驗,通過ROC曲線判斷兩種方法對哮喘的診斷價值。結(jié)果兩分鐘潮氣法激發(fā)試驗的靈敏度、特異度、準(zhǔn)確度、陽性和陰性預(yù)測價值分別為0.862、0.951、0.904、0.932和0.858;定量吸入法分別為0.905、0.962、0.948、0.955和0.902。ROC曲線表明兩法均有較好的診斷價值。AUC分別為:0.822、0.875,95%CI分別為:(0.785,0.904)、(0.802,0.931)。結(jié)論兩分鐘潮氣法與定量吸入法乙酰甲膽堿激發(fā)試驗均對哮喘有良好的診斷作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the diagnostic value of two minute tidal test and quantitative inhalation methacholine stimulation test in asthmatic patients. Methods 15 asthmatic patients and 9 normal volunteers were tested by two minute tidal test and quantitative inhalation methacholine stimulation test. The diagnostic value of the two methods was judged by ROC curve. Results the sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of the two-minute tidal test were 0.932 and 0.858, respectively, and the quantitative inhaled method was 0.9050.9620.9480.95 and the 0.902.ROC curve showed that the two methods had better diagnostic value. Conclusion the two-minute tidal test and quantitative inhalation methacholine stimulation test have a good diagnostic effect on asthma.
