【摘要】：根據(jù)《勞動(dòng)能力鑒定職工工傷與職業(yè)病致殘程度鑒定》(GB/T16180—2006)中對(duì)肺功能損傷程度分級(jí)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對(duì)85例塵肺初診患者的肺功能測(cè)試結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。壹期塵肺患者肺功能異常率為33.93%,貳期42.11%,叁期100%。肺功能損傷特點(diǎn)中,呼吸障礙類型均以混合性通氣功能障礙為主,叁期塵肺中混合性呼吸障礙占60%。提示隨著塵肺患者工齡、年齡的增長以及塵肺期別的增加,肺功能損傷檢出的概率增高,但是損害的程度無明顯的變化趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:According to the standard of grading the degree of lung function injury in the GBP / T 16180-2006, the results of 85 newly diagnosed pneumoconiosis patients were analyzed.The abnormal rate of pulmonary function in stage one pneumoconiosis was 33.93, second stage 42.11, third stage 100.The main types of respiratory disorders were mixed ventilation dysfunction, and 60% of the three stage pneumoconiosis patients had mixed respiratory disorders.It is suggested that the probability of detection of lung function injury increases with the increase of age, age and other stages of pneumoconiosis, but there is no obvious change in the degree of damage.
