【摘要】：目的:觀察時間給藥法治療肺腎氣陰兩虛型老年COPD穩(wěn)定期的臨床療效。方法:本研究將60例肺腎氣陰兩虛型老年COPD穩(wěn)定期患者按照隨機原則分為治療組與對照組。對照組:常規(guī)服用中藥湯劑補肺定喘湯,每日1劑,早、中、晚3次分服;治療組:服用中藥湯劑補肺定喘湯,每日1劑,早寅時(北京時間4-5時,地方時間與北京時間有時差需校正),晚酉時(北京時間18-19時)2次分服。兩組療程均為14天。將患者治療前后的肺功能FEV1、中醫(yī)證候療效、CAT積分進行觀察分析比較。結果:兩組病例在治療前后中醫(yī)證候療效比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。研究結果顯示:治療組在中醫(yī)證候療效方面優(yōu)于對照組。兩組病例治療前后中醫(yī)證候積分比較、肺功能FEV1、m MRC積分、CAT積分比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),研究結果顯示:治療組在改善以上各方面均優(yōu)于對照組。結論:治療組在改善肺功能FEV1、中醫(yī)證候、咳嗽、咳痰、氣短、呼吸困難、乏力等癥狀、m MRC積分及CAT評分優(yōu)于對照組。治療過程中,兩組病例的安全性指標治療前后無顯著變化,說明兩組用藥均安全。因此,治療肺腎氣陰兩虛型老年COPD穩(wěn)定期時間給藥法優(yōu)于常規(guī)給藥法,且用藥安全。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of time administration on the stable period of COPD in elderly patients with deficiency of lung and kidney qi and yin.Time difference between local time and Beijing time need to be corrected, late unitary time (18-19 hours Beijing time) 2 times.The course of treatment was 14 days in both groups.The pulmonary function FEV 1 and cat score of TCM syndrome were observed and compared before and after treatment.Results: there was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment.The results showed that the treatment group was superior to the control group in the curative effect of TCM syndrome.The comparison of TCM syndromes and FEV1m MRC and cat scores before and after treatment in the two groups were statistically significant (P 0.05). The results showed that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the above aspects.Conclusion: the treatment group is superior to the control group in improving the pulmonary function FEV1, TCM syndromes, cough, expectoration, shortness of breath, dyspnea, fatigue and other symptoms such as MRC score and CAT score.In the course of treatment, the safety indexes of the two groups were not significantly changed before and after treatment, indicating that both groups were safe.Therefore, the treatment of the elderly patients with deficiency of lung and kidney qi and yin was superior to the routine administration method in the stable period of COPD, and the medication was safe.
