【摘要】：類鼻疽病是一種由假鼻疽伯克霍爾德菌所致人畜共患的地方性傳染病,已被認為是發(fā)生致命性肺炎和膿毒癥的主要病因之一。本文報道分析1例肺類鼻疽疾病的診療經(jīng)過,并對其相關(guān)文獻進行復習,以提高臨床工作者對類鼻疽疾病的認識,避免誤診、漏診。
[Abstract]:Malleoidosis is a zoonotic infectious disease caused by Burkholderia pseudomallei. It has been considered as one of the main causes of fatal pneumonia and sepsis. This paper reports and analyses the diagnosis and treatment of a case of pulmonary malleoidosis. The related literatures were reviewed in order to improve the clinical workers' understanding of melioidosis and avoid misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
