【摘要】：目的探析老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺部感染的相關(guān)危險(xiǎn)因素,以控制醫(yī)院感染的發(fā)生。方法調(diào)查2009年2月-2013年2月50例肺部感染的COPD患者臨床資料,采用單因素和多因素logistic回歸分析危險(xiǎn)因素,采用SPSS17.0軟件對(duì)所有數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果單因素分析COPD患者醫(yī)院發(fā)生肺部感染與患有糖尿病、Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭、住ICU時(shí)間較長、行機(jī)械通氣、低蛋白血癥、長期應(yīng)用抗菌藥物和(或)頻繁更換,長期使用激素顯著相關(guān)(P0.05);經(jīng)多因素logistic回歸分析發(fā)現(xiàn),合并糖尿病、住ICU時(shí)間較長、低蛋白血癥、長期應(yīng)用抗菌藥物和(或)頻繁更換是COPD患者肺部感染的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素(P0.05)。結(jié)論多種危險(xiǎn)因素導(dǎo)致老年COPD患者醫(yī)院肺部感染的發(fā)生,應(yīng)積極采取治療措施降低感染率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the risk factors of pulmonary infection in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and to control nosocomial infection. Methods the clinical data of 50 COPD patients with pulmonary infection from February 2009 to February 2013 were investigated. Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors and SPSS17.0 software was used to analyze all the data.
