【摘要】：正隱源性機化性肺炎(COP)是特發(fā)性間質性肺炎的一種亞型〔1〕,其典型病理組織學特征是肺泡腔、肺泡管、終末及呼吸性細支氣管腔內成纖維細胞和疏松結締組織呈肉芽腫樣增生,常伴有間質輕度慢性炎癥〔2〕。由于COP起病隱匿,臨床表現(xiàn)缺乏特異性,誤診率較高。近年來隨著活檢率的提高,COP確診病例也呈逐年上升的趨勢。1臨床資料老年女性,79歲,2012年1月9日以間斷發(fā)熱、咳嗽2個月
[Abstract]:Positive cryptogenic pneumonia (CPP) is a subtype of idiopathic interstitial pneumonia. Its typical histopathological features are granulomatous proliferation of fibroblasts and loose connective tissues in alveolar cavity, alveolar duct, terminal and respiratory bronchioles. It is often accompanied by mild chronic interstitial inflammation. Due to the occult onset of COP, the clinical manifestations are lack of specificity. The rate of misdiagnosis is high. With the increase of biopsy rate in recent years, the confirmed cases of cop are also increasing year by year. 1 Clinical data: elderly women aged 79 years, with intermittent fever and cough for 2 months in January 9th 2012
