【摘要】：正頸深部感染合并縱隔膿腫是一種發(fā)展迅速的致死性疾病,死亡率高達(dá)40%~50%〔1〕。我科成功救治1例頸深部感染合并縱隔膿腫患者,現(xiàn)報(bào)告如下。1病例報(bào)告患者,女,49歲。1周前出現(xiàn)咽痛伴發(fā)熱,體溫39.0℃。應(yīng)用頭孢呋辛鈉1.5g,每日2次,靜脈滴注4d,癥狀緩解不明顯。近2天患者張口受限,偶感憋氣,左側(cè)頸部腫脹明顯,皮膚紅腫,于2007年6月13日急診入院。入院查體:T 37.1℃,P 82
