【摘要】：目的了解我國脈沖振蕩技術(shù)(IOS)研究的大致情況。方法通過中文數(shù)據(jù)庫(萬方、中國知網(wǎng)、中國生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)服務(wù)系統(tǒng))查找有關(guān)我國脈沖振蕩肺功能相關(guān)的研究文獻(xiàn),總結(jié)分析我國當(dāng)前脈沖振蕩技術(shù)研究的狀況。結(jié)果總共搜索到172篇相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),其中有關(guān)哮喘62篇,慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)57篇,哮喘與COPD18篇,間質(zhì)性肺疾病12篇,睡眠呼吸暫停綜合征(OSAHS)9篇,其他(肺癌、胸腔積液等)14篇。90.7%的文獻(xiàn)研究IOS參數(shù)與肺功能參數(shù)相比較以及兩者間的相關(guān)性。IOS參數(shù)R5、R20、R5-R20、X5、Fres分別占所有研究的82.5%、82.5%、59.3%、85.4%、72.1%,其余IOS參數(shù)參差不齊。結(jié)論我國有關(guān)脈沖振蕩技術(shù)研究以疾病自身前后比較及與肺功能參數(shù)比較為主,缺乏正常及各種異常狀態(tài)的參考值。不同病種研究的IOS參數(shù)參差不齊,缺乏特異性。
[Abstract]:Objective to find out the general situation of the research on pulse oscillations (IOSs) in China. Methods through the Chinese database (Wanfang, China knowledge Network, China Biomedical document Service system), we searched for the relevant research papers about the pulmonary function of pulse oscillation in China. Results A total of 172 literatures were found, including 62 articles on asthma, 57 articles on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, 57 articles on asthma and COPD18, 12 articles on interstitial pulmonary disease. Sleep apnea syndrome OSAHS 9, others (lung cancer, The correlation between IOS parameters and pulmonary function parameters and the correlation between them. IOS parameter R5N R20 R5-R20 X5Fres accounted for 82.52.5% of all the studies, 89.39.30.75% of the other IOS parameters were different. Conclusion the relevant pulse oscillation technique in China is very different. The results are as follows: (1) in this paper, we find that the parameters of IOS are different from those of the lung function parameters. Conclusion the parameters of R5R20, R5-R20 and X5Fres in all the studies are 82.52.5%, 59.34% and 72.1%, respectively. The comparison between the disease itself and the pulmonary function parameters was the main one. The IOS parameters of different diseases are different and lack specificity.
