明膠海綿顆粒和殼聚糖α,β-甘油磷酸凝膠微球在肺結核咯血應用中的對比

【摘要】:背景:文獻報道顯示,明膠海綿顆粒和殼聚糖/α,β-甘油磷酸凝膠微球在肺結核咯血中具有較高的應用前景。目的:觀察明膠海綿顆粒和殼聚糖/α,β-甘油磷酸凝膠微球在肺結核咯血中的應用效果。方法:取40只昆明小鼠,采用霧化吸入感染裝置構建肺結核咯血模型,隨機分為2組,分別采用明膠海綿顆粒、殼聚糖/α,β-甘油磷酸凝膠微球進行栓塞止血治療,治療后15,30 d,觀察體質量變化、止血時間、止血有效率、心肌相關指標及肺結核組織病理變化。結果與結論:(1)殼聚糖/α,β-甘油磷酸凝膠微球組治療后15 d的體質量高于明膠海綿組(P0.05);(2)殼聚糖/α,β-甘油磷酸凝膠微球組止血有效率高于明膠海綿組(P0.05),止血時間短于明膠海綿組(P0.05);(3)兩組N端BNP前體、肌酸激酶同工酶及肌酸激酶水平比較差異無顯著性意義(P0.05);(4)殼聚糖/α,β-甘油磷酸凝膠微球組材料周圍淋巴細胞浸潤,存在壞死病灶,材料上存在大量活性細胞;明膠海綿顆粒組材料上存在少許淋巴細胞,存在壞死病灶;(5)結果表明,將殼聚糖/α,β-甘油磷酸凝膠微球應用于肺結核小鼠動物模型中可獲得更好的止血效果。
[Abstract]:Background: literature reports show that, Gelatin sponge granules and chitosan / 偽, 尾-glycerophosphate gel microspheres have high application prospects in hemoptysis of pulmonary tuberculosis. Objective: to observe the application of gelfoam granules and chitosan / 偽, 尾-glycerophosphate gel microspheres in hemoptysis of pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods: 40 Kunming mice were selected. Pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis model was established by atomization inhalation infection device, and was randomly divided into two groups. Gelatin sponge granules, chitosan / 偽, 尾 -glycerophosphate gel microspheres were used for embolization and hemostasis treatment. The changes of body mass and hemostatic time were observed at 1530 days after treatment. The effective rate of hemostasis, Results and conclusion the weight of chitosan / 偽, 尾 -glycerophosphate gel microspheres group 15 days after treatment was higher than that of gelatin sponge group (P 0.05) chitosan / 偽, 尾 -glycerophosphate gel microsphere group was effective in hemostasis. The hemostatic time was shorter than that in gelfoam group (P 0.05)) the N-terminal BNP precursor in the two groups was higher than that in the gelfoam group, and the hemostatic time was shorter than that in the gelatin sponge group. There was no significant difference in creatine kinase isoenzyme and creatine kinase level between the two groups. There was no significant difference in the levels of creatine kinase isoenzyme and creatine kinase (P 0.05). There were lymphocytes infiltrating around the materials in the chitosan / 偽, 尾 -glycerophosphate gel microspheres group, and there were necrosis of the lesions and a large number of active cells in the materials. The results showed that chitosan / 偽, 尾 -glycerophosphate gel microspheres could obtain better hemostatic effect in pulmonary tuberculosis mice model.
