【摘要】：目的探討矽肺病的發(fā)展及其轉(zhuǎn)歸,對(duì)比退休人員中無矽肺人員與矽肺患者的死亡同異。方法選取1994-2012年浙江東風(fēng)瑩石集團(tuán)有限公司退休職工1718人,分為無矽肺人員與矽肺病患者兩組,兩組累計(jì)死亡545例,就兩組死亡率和平均死亡年齡以及主要死因歸類等指標(biāo)進(jìn)行回顧性對(duì)比分析。結(jié)果兩組的死亡率和死亡年齡均呈緩慢上升趨勢(shì),但矽肺病患者的死亡率上升更為明顯,死亡年齡差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。主要死因歸類:無矽肺人員以惡性腫瘤居首,矽肺患者以呼吸疾病為首。結(jié)論矽肺患者本身肺部病變是導(dǎo)致死亡的首要因素。結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了二三級(jí)預(yù)防工作的效果,對(duì)今后的防治工作具有指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the development and outcome of silicosis and compare the mortality of non-silicosis and silicosis among retirees. Methods 1718 retired workers of Zhejiang Dongfeng Yingshi Group Co., Ltd from 1994 to 2012 were selected. They were divided into two groups: the non-silicosis group and the silicosis patient group, with 545 deaths in the two groups. Results the mortality and age of death of the two groups showed a slow upward trend, but the mortality rate of silicosis patients increased more obviously. There was no significant difference in age of death (P 0.05). The main causes of death were classified as follows: malignant tumor was the most common cause of death in non-silicosis patients. Conclusion Pulmonary disease is the primary cause of death in silicosis patients. The results verify the effectiveness of the second and third level prevention work and have a guiding significance for the prevention and treatment of silicosis in the future.
