【摘要】：目的觀察白虎湯加減治療腦卒中并發(fā)多重耐藥菌所致肺炎的臨床療效。方法篩選納入60例腦卒中并發(fā)多重耐藥菌所致肺部感染患者,隨機(jī)分為兩組,每組30例。對照組采用常規(guī)西藥治療,觀察組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上加用白虎湯加減口服,1周后對癥狀、白細(xì)胞計數(shù)、中性粒細(xì)胞百分比、淋巴細(xì)胞百分比、降鈣素原等指標(biāo)進(jìn)行比較統(tǒng)計。結(jié)果觀察組在改善肺炎癥狀、生化指標(biāo)等方面優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論白虎湯加減治療腦卒中并發(fā)多重耐藥菌所致肺部感染,能有效改善肺部感染相關(guān)癥狀及生化指標(biāo),讓患者更好、更快地恢復(fù)神經(jīng)缺損功能,減少住院費(fèi)用,提高患者生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical efficacy of Baihu decoction in treating pneumonia caused by multidrug resistant bacteria in stroke. Methods 60 patients with pulmonary infection caused by multidrug resistant bacteria were selected and randomly divided into two groups. There were 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, the observation group was treated with Baihu decoction for 1 week after oral administration of Baihu decoction, the percentage of neutrophils, the percentage of lymphocytes, the number of leukocytes, the percentage of neutrophils, and the percentage of lymphocytes, Results the observation group was superior to the control group in improving the symptoms of pneumonia and biochemical indexes. Conclusion Baihu decoction is effective in treating pulmonary infection caused by multidrug resistant bacteria in cerebral apoplexy. It can effectively improve the symptoms and biochemical indexes of pulmonary infection, make the patients better, recover the function of nerve defect more quickly, reduce the cost of hospitalization, and improve the quality of life of the patients.
