【摘要】：隨著硬質(zhì)支氣管鏡及介入呼吸病技術(shù)在我國(guó)的蓬勃發(fā)展,從事介入呼吸病專業(yè)的呼吸科醫(yī)生已具備了通過(guò)硬鏡下開(kāi)展氣管T管置入術(shù)治療氣管上段狹窄的條件。與傳統(tǒng)的外科法氣管T管置入術(shù)相比,硬鏡下氣管T管置入術(shù)具有一定的微創(chuàng)優(yōu)勢(shì),但鑒于喉及聲門(mén)下氣管區(qū)域狹窄的復(fù)雜性,一種技術(shù)仍然無(wú)法解決所有的臨床問(wèn)題,了解兩種技術(shù)的區(qū)別、選擇恰當(dāng)?shù)闹委煼桨讣皣?yán)格掌握T管置入適應(yīng)證,才能最終減少手術(shù)并發(fā)癥,為病患提供最佳療效。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of rigid bronchoscopy and interventional respiratory disease technology in China. The respiratory doctor who specializes in interventional respiratory diseases has the condition to treat the upper trachea stenosis by using hard endoscope, compared with the traditional surgical method of trachea T tube implantation. T-tube placement under hard endoscopy has some minimally invasive advantages, but in view of the complexity of larynx and subglottic tracheal stenosis, one technique can not solve all clinical problems and understand the difference between the two techniques. Choosing the appropriate treatment and strictly grasping the indication of T tube implantation can ultimately reduce the complications of the operation and provide the best curative effect for the patients.
