【摘要】：目的觀察烏司他丁聯(lián)合阿托伐他汀對慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期(acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, AECOPD)患者的臨床療效。方法選取杭州市余杭區(qū)第三人民醫(yī)院AECOPD患者211例,分為常規(guī)治療組、阿托伐他汀治療組,阿托伐他汀聯(lián)合烏司他丁治療組,分別監(jiān)測患者癥狀恢復(fù)情況,血?dú)夥治?肺功能分析,中性粒細(xì)胞數(shù)目,血清C反應(yīng)蛋白(C-reactive protein, CRP)、白介素6 (interleukin -6, IL-6)濃度,評估患者臨床恢復(fù)情況。結(jié)果阿托伐他汀聯(lián)合烏司他丁治療可以顯著提高AECOPD患者1周臨床有效率,縮短住院時間,升高氧分壓,降低二氧化碳分壓,改善肺功能(有效升高FEV1%及FEV1/FVC%)并能顯著減輕患者炎癥狀態(tài)(中性粒細(xì)胞計數(shù)下降、CRP、IL-6濃度降低)。結(jié)論阿托伐他汀聯(lián)合烏司他丁作為AECOPD有效且安全的治療手段,在臨床中有廣泛的應(yīng)用前景,并值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of ulinastatin combined with atorvastatin on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, AECOPD) in patients with clinical efficacy. Methods the patients with AECOPD in Hangzhou City Third People's Hospital of Yuhang District in 211 cases, divided into routine treatment group, atorvastatin group, atorvastatin combined with ulinastatin he d treatment group were monitoring the recovery of clinical symptoms, blood gas analysis, pulmonary function analysis, the number of neutrophil, serum C reactive protein (C-reactive protein, CRP), interleukin 6 (interleukin, -6, IL-6) concentration, evaluation of patients with clinical recovery. Results Atorvastatin Combined with ulinastatin in the treatment of AECOPD patients 1 weeks of clinical efficiency improved significantly, shorten the hospitalization time, the increase of the oxygen partial pressure, reduce carbon dioxide partial pressure, improve lung function (effective increase in FEV1% and FEV1/FVC%) and significantly Reduce the inflammatory state of patients (neutrophil count decreased, CRP and IL-6 concentration decreased). Conclusion Atorvastatin Combined with ulinastatin is an effective and safe treatment for AECOPD. It has wide application prospects in clinical practice, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
