【摘要】：正胎兒骨骼發(fā)育不良是包括骨骼生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育異常的一系列疾病,由于骨骼分布廣泛,由胎兒骨骼發(fā)育異常導(dǎo)致的骨骼畸形種類繁多,分類復(fù)雜,造成骨骼系統(tǒng)異常的原因多由遺傳或環(huán)境因素(包括藥物或機(jī)械作用)導(dǎo)致[1-3]。目前,幾乎所有的胎兒骨骼異常都是靠產(chǎn)前超聲診斷的[4-7]。然而,產(chǎn)前超聲著重于區(qū)分致死性和非致死性骨發(fā)育不良,并不能對(duì)所有的骨骼系統(tǒng)畸形作出具體類型的判斷,這也使得胎兒骨骼的分子遺傳學(xué)診斷成為近年來(lái)胎兒骨骼異常
