【摘要】：目的探討治療前外周血血小板與淋巴細(xì)胞比(PLR)和宮頸鱗狀細(xì)胞癌患者預(yù)后的關(guān)系。方法回顧性分析143例宮頸鱗狀細(xì)胞癌患者的臨床病理資料,根據(jù)統(tǒng)計學(xué)方法選取PLR截斷值,將患者根據(jù)截斷值分組,分析PLR與宮頸鱗狀細(xì)胞癌患者生存、復(fù)發(fā)情況的關(guān)系以及與臨床病理參數(shù)的關(guān)系。結(jié)果選取PLR=125作為截斷值。PLR≥125者及PLR125者5年生存率分別為54.5%、81.6%,復(fù)發(fā)率分別為50.0%、22.4%,兩組比較,P均0.05。PLR與宮頸鱗狀細(xì)胞癌患者年齡、FIGO分期、術(shù)前化療、病灶直徑、血小板計數(shù)有關(guān),患者預(yù)后與宮頸鱗狀細(xì)胞癌FIGO分期、病灶直徑、術(shù)前有無化療、PLR、血小板計數(shù)有關(guān)。Cox回歸分析顯示,PLR、FIGO分期、血小板計數(shù)、病灶直徑、術(shù)前是否有化療是影響是宮頸鱗癌患者術(shù)后生存和復(fù)發(fā)的獨立危險因素。結(jié)論治療前外周血PLR與宮頸鱗狀細(xì)胞癌患者預(yù)后有關(guān),其可作為宮頸鱗狀細(xì)胞癌患者病情評估的指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between peripheral blood platelet / lymphocyte ratio (PLR) and prognosis in patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma before treatment. Methods the clinicopathological data of 143 patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively. according to the statistical method, the cut-off values of PLR were selected and divided into groups according to the cut-off values.
