【摘要】：目的了解婦產(chǎn)科經(jīng)腹手術(shù)進(jìn)行術(shù)后切口危險因素,為相關(guān)防治措施的實施提供依據(jù)。方法通過回顧性調(diào)查方法,對某醫(yī)院婦產(chǎn)科住院經(jīng)腹手術(shù)患者手術(shù)切口感染現(xiàn)狀及其危險因素進(jìn)行調(diào)查與分析。結(jié)果共調(diào)查該醫(yī)院婦產(chǎn)科2 741例住院經(jīng)腹手術(shù)患者,共發(fā)生術(shù)后切口感染70例,切口感染率為2.55%。此類切口感染的主要病原菌是銅綠假單胞菌、金黃色葡萄球菌、大腸埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌。根據(jù)多因素分析結(jié)果,導(dǎo)致經(jīng)腹手術(shù)的術(shù)后感染主要危險因素是手術(shù)時間長、合并基礎(chǔ)疾病、未預(yù)防性使用抗菌藥物、術(shù)前發(fā)熱和體質(zhì)指數(shù)較高等。結(jié)論該醫(yī)院婦產(chǎn)科經(jīng)腹手術(shù)術(shù)后切口感染率較高,危險因素多,應(yīng)采取綜合預(yù)防措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the risk factors of postoperative incision in obstetrics and gynecology and obstetrics, and to provide evidence for the implementation of related prevention and treatment measures. Methods through retrospective investigation, the status and risk factors of surgical incision infection in inpatients undergoing abdominal surgery in obstetrics and gynecology department of a hospital were investigated and analyzed. Results A total of 2741 inpatients with transabdominal surgery in obstetrics and gynaecology were investigated. There were 70 cases of incision infection after operation, and the infection rate of incision was 2.55%. The main pathogens of this kind of incision infection are Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae. According to the results of multivariate analysis, the main risk factors of postoperative infection after transabdominal surgery were long operation time, complicated with basic diseases, no prophylactic use of antibiotics, high preoperative fever and body mass index, and so on. Conclusion the infection rate of incision in obstetrics and gynecology is high and there are many risk factors. Comprehensive preventive measures should be taken.
