【摘要】：胎兒醫(yī)學(xué)是一門正在迅猛發(fā)展的產(chǎn)科亞學(xué)科,在我國起步較晚,但發(fā)展迅速。近年來,我國在胎兒疾病的篩查、診斷、治療和規(guī)范管理等多方面獲得快速發(fā)展;各地孕期保健水平、產(chǎn)前診斷技術(shù)及胎兒疾病診治水平差異較大,胎兒醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)展地域間極不平衡。我國胎兒醫(yī)學(xué)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展需要國家政策的支持、胎兒醫(yī)學(xué)相關(guān)規(guī)章制度的健全、產(chǎn)前篩查和產(chǎn)前診斷規(guī)范的完善和專業(yè)人員培訓(xùn)體系的建設(shè)等。
[Abstract]:Fetal medicine is a rapidly developing obstetrics subdiscipline, which started late in China, but developed rapidly. In recent years, China has made rapid progress in the screening, diagnosis, treatment and standardized management of fetal diseases, and there are great differences in the level of health care during pregnancy, antenatal diagnosis techniques and diagnosis and treatment of fetal diseases, and the development of fetal medicine is very unbalanced. The further development of fetal medicine in China needs the support of national policy, the perfection of relevant rules and regulations of fetal medicine, the perfection of antenatal screening and antenatal diagnosis norms, and the construction of professional training system.
