【摘要】：目的:探討腫瘤壞死因子受體相關(guān)因子6(TRAF6)在卵巢癌及癌旁正常卵巢組織中的表達(dá)與臨床意義。方法:收集2001年8月至2009年12月在我院接受手術(shù)治療的102例卵巢癌患者的腫瘤標(biāo)本及相對(duì)應(yīng)的癌旁正常卵巢組織標(biāo)本,所有腫瘤組織均經(jīng)術(shù)后病理學(xué)檢測(cè)結(jié)果證實(shí),通過免疫組織化學(xué)方法檢測(cè)TRAF6蛋白在卵巢癌及癌旁正常組織中的表達(dá),并探討TRAF6的表達(dá)量與臨床病理特征和預(yù)后的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果:卵巢癌組織中TRAF6的陽性表達(dá)率為68.6%,顯著高于癌旁正常卵巢組織中的20.5%(P0.05);進(jìn)一步研究發(fā)現(xiàn),TRAF6的表達(dá)量與卵巢癌患者的年齡、腫瘤大小、有無腹水、組織學(xué)類型和病理分級(jí)無關(guān)(P0.05),與患者有無淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移及臨床分期相關(guān)(P0.05);TRAF6陽性表達(dá)的患者五年生存率顯著低于陰性表達(dá)的患者(P0.001)。結(jié)論:TRAF6在卵巢癌組織中的表達(dá)顯著降低,其可能在卵巢癌的發(fā)生、發(fā)展和侵襲中發(fā)揮重要作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression and clinical significance of tumor necrosis factor receptor related factor 6 (TRAF6) in ovarian cancer and adjacent normal ovarian tissues. Methods: from August 2001 to December 2009, the tumor specimens of 102 patients with ovarian cancer and the corresponding normal ovarian tissues adjacent to cancer were collected. The expression of TRAF6 protein in ovarian cancer and adjacent normal tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry, and the correlation between the expression of TRAF6 and clinicopathological features and prognosis was discussed. Results: the positive expression rate of TRAF6 in ovarian cancer tissues was 68.6%, which was significantly higher than that in normal ovarian tissues adjacent to ovarian cancer (20.5%). Further study showed that the expression of TRAF6 was not related to the age, tumor size, ascitic fluid, histology type and pathological grade of ovarian cancer patients (P 0.05), but correlated with lymph node metastasis and clinical stage (P 0.05). The 5-year survival rate of patients with positive expression of TRAF6 was significantly lower than that of patients with negative expression (P0.001). Conclusion: the expression of TRAF6 in ovarian cancer is significantly decreased, which may play an important role in the occurrence, development and invasion of ovarian cancer.
