β-catenin及ABCG-2在子宮肉瘤組織中的表達(dá)及其意義

【摘要】:目的:比較β-catenin蛋白及ABCG-2蛋白在子宮肉瘤組織及子宮肌瘤、正常子宮肌層中的表達(dá),探討β-catenin蛋白及ABCG-2蛋白在子宮肉瘤發(fā)病機(jī)制中的作用。 方法:采用免疫組化SP二步法檢測β-catenin蛋白及ABCG-2蛋白在90例子宮肉瘤中的表達(dá),比較不同病理類型子宮肉瘤,不同惡性程度以及不同臨床分期的子宮肉瘤之間的表達(dá)差異。并對二者的蛋白表達(dá)量進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析。 結(jié)果:1.β-catenin蛋白、ABCG-2蛋白在子宮肉瘤中陽性表達(dá)率分別為87%、82%,表達(dá)水平分別為(4.9±2.86)、(3.84±2.58);在子宮平滑肌瘤細(xì)胞中的陽性表達(dá)率分別為3.3%、6.7%,表達(dá)水平為(0.20±0.81)、(0.201±0.81);正常子宮平滑肌組織中陽性表達(dá)率3.3%、3.3%,表達(dá)水平為(0.067±0.305)、(0.07±0.305)。二者在子宮肉瘤組織中陽性表達(dá)率明顯高于在子宮平滑肌瘤組織及正常子宮平滑肌組織中的陽性表達(dá)率,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);而二者在子宮平滑肌瘤組織及正常子宮平滑肌組織中的陽性表達(dá)率之間的差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。 2.在β-catenin蛋白、ABCG-2蛋白在子宮平滑肌肉瘤陽性表達(dá)率分別為87%、83%,表達(dá)水平分別為(4.93±2.86)、(3.6±2.12);子宮內(nèi)膜間質(zhì)肉瘤中的陽性表達(dá)率分別為80%、77%,表達(dá)水平分別為(4.80±3.30)、(3.2±2.13);在子宮癌肉瘤中陽性表達(dá)率分別93%、87%,表達(dá)水平分別為(4.67±2.70)、(4.7±3.17)。二者在子宮平滑肌肉瘤組織中陽性表達(dá)率與子宮內(nèi)膜間質(zhì)肉瘤及子宮癌肉瘤組織中的陽性表達(dá)率,兩兩相比差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。 3. β-catenin蛋白、ABCG-2蛋白在Ⅰ-Ⅱ期子宮肉瘤陽性表達(dá)率分別為74%,65%,表達(dá)水平分別為(3.28±0.20)、(2.94±0.47);在Ⅲ-Ⅳ期子宮肉瘤陽性表達(dá)率分別為98%、93%,表達(dá)水平分別為(7.15±0.21)、(4.39±0.32);在Ⅲ-Ⅳ期子宮肉瘤組中陽性表達(dá)率明顯高于在Ⅰ-Ⅱ期子宮肉瘤組中陽性表達(dá)率,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。 4.高度惡性子宮內(nèi)膜間質(zhì)肉瘤的陽性表達(dá)率為91%,表達(dá)水平為(6.91±0.78)。 結(jié)論: 1. β-catenin蛋白、ABCG2蛋白在子宮肉瘤中的高表達(dá)提示二者在子宮肉瘤的發(fā)生發(fā)展中可能起重要作用。 2. β-catenin蛋白、ABCG2蛋白在各類型子宮肉瘤和子宮低度和高度惡性內(nèi)膜間質(zhì)肉瘤中的表達(dá)無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異,提示β-catenin蛋白、ABCG2蛋白與子宮肉瘤病理類型和惡性程度無明顯關(guān)系。 3. β-catenin蛋白、ABCG2蛋白在Ⅲ-Ⅳ期子宮肉瘤中的表達(dá)明顯高于Ⅰ-Ⅱ期,提示二者與子宮肉瘤的病情嚴(yán)重程度有關(guān)。 4. β-catenin蛋白及ABCG2蛋白表達(dá)在子宮肉瘤中成正相關(guān),提示二者可能協(xié)同促進(jìn)子宮肉瘤的發(fā)生發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Aim: to compare the expression of 尾-catenin protein and ABCG-2 protein in uterine sarcomas, uterine fibroids and normal myocytes, and to explore the role of 尾-catenin protein and ABCG-2 protein in the pathogenesis of uterine sarcomas. Methods: the expression of 尾-catenin protein and ABCG-2 protein in 90 cases of uterine sarcomas was detected by immunohistochemical SP two-step method. The expression of 尾-catenin protein and ABCG-2 protein in different pathological types of uterine sarcomas, different malignant degrees and different clinical stages of uterine sarcomas was compared. The correlation between the protein expression of the two proteins was analyzed. Results: 1. The positive expression rates of 尾-catenin protein and ABCG-2 protein in uterine sarcomas were 87% and 82%, respectively, and the expression levels were (4.9 鹵2.86), (3.84 鹵2.58), 3.3%, 6.7% and (0. 20 鹵0. 81), (0.201 鹵0. 81), respectively.
