【摘要】：目的：探討復(fù)發(fā)性流產(chǎn)患者的粘連組織中細胞因子信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)抑制因子3（SOCS3）、雌激素受體（ER）和宮腔粘連(IUA)之間關(guān)系，并分析其臨床意義。 方法：采用免疫組化方法分別檢測50例復(fù)發(fā)性流產(chǎn)患者的宮腔粘連組織中SOCS3、ER的表達情況；根據(jù)歐洲婦科內(nèi)鏡協(xié)會ESGF標準將50例宮腔粘連的復(fù)發(fā)性流產(chǎn)患者分為I-V度，分析SOCS3、ER和宮腔粘連之間的關(guān)系。 結(jié)果： 1. SOCS3陽性呈棕黃色絮狀主要定位于胞漿，宮腔粘連的嚴重程度和SCOS3在宮腔粘連組織中的表達情況之間存在趨勢性（P=0.00030.01），即隨著宮腔粘連程度越嚴重，SOCS3的表達強度越高。 2. ER陽性呈棕褐色顆粒狀定位于胞核，胞質(zhì)中；宮腔粘連的嚴重程度和ER在宮腔粘連組織中的表達情況之間存在趨勢性（P=0.00070.01），即隨著宮腔粘連程度越嚴重，ER的表達強度越高。 3.在宮腔粘連組織中，ER的表達都與SOCS3的表達是一致的（Kappa=0.483，P=0.001）。 結(jié)論： 1. SOCS3、ER可能在宮腔粘連的發(fā)病機制中發(fā)揮重要作用，，但SOCS3是否是通過對酪氨酸蛋白激酶/信號傳導(dǎo)子和轉(zhuǎn)錄激活子信號傳導(dǎo)(JAK-STAT)通路的調(diào)節(jié)作用來引起宮腔粘連的發(fā)生，尚待進一步研究。 2. SOCS3、ER可能通過相互作用共同參與了宮腔粘連的形成。
[Abstract]:Objective: To study the relationship between cytokine signal transduction inhibitor 3 (SOCS3), estrogen receptor (ER) and intrauterine adhesion (IUA) in the adhesion tissue of patients with recurrent abortion, and to analyze its clinical significance. Methods: Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of SOCS3 and ER in 50 patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion. 3.
