【摘要】：目的探討伴或不伴IR的多囊卵巢綜合征(PCOS)患者內(nèi)分泌指標(biāo)與超聲特征的相關(guān)性。方法將195例PCOS患者分為IR(PCOS-IR)組和非IR(PCOS-NIR)組,另選健康對照(NC)組50名。檢測各組FIns、睪酮(T)、黃體生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、卵巢體積(OV)、卵泡最大直徑等指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 PCOS-IR組BMI[(22.73±2.35)vs(20.97±2.33)kg/m2,P0.01]、FIns[(39.22±28.30)vs(6.13±3.59)μU/ml,P0.01]、胰島素抵抗指數(shù)(HOMA-IR)[(8.40±7.15)vs(1.26±0.75),P0.01]、T[(0.74±0.21)vs(0.53±0.11)ng/ml,P0.01]和OV[(12.76±3.78)vs(11.43±4.01)ml,P0.05]大于PCOS-NIR組,卵泡最大直徑[(5.08±1.63)vs(7.05±1.72)mm,P0.01]小于PCOSNIR組。PCOS患者OV與BMI、HOMA-IR、T、LH/FSH呈正相關(guān),卵泡最大直徑與BMI、HOMA-IR、T呈負(fù)相關(guān)。結(jié)論 PCOS合并IR患者OV增大,卵泡最大直徑減小。OV與IR、高雄激素血癥呈正相關(guān),卵泡大小與其呈負(fù)相關(guān)。IR影響卵巢形態(tài)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between endocrine indexes and ultrasound features in patients with or without IR in patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). Methods 195 patients with PCOS were divided into IR (PCOS-IR) group and non-IR (PCOS-NIR) group, and 50 healthy controls were selected.
