恐傷孕鼠所產(chǎn)80日齡仔鼠情志與海馬區(qū)去甲腎上腺素和腎上腺素水平的相關(guān)性研究
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of fear injury stimulation during pregnancy on norepinephrine (NE), epinephrine (EP) in 80-day-old mice and to explore the correlation between them. Methods from January 2015 to March 2016, 59 80-day-old SPF Wistar rats (34 female and 25 male) were selected and their cognitive level was evaluated by Morris water maze test. Thirty female rats with the same cognitive baseline level were randomly divided into model group (n = 15) and control group (n = 15). Another 15 male rats with the same cognitive baseline level and strong physique were selected as mating mice. The remaining male mice were used as electric shock mice, and the remaining female mice were set aside to replace infertile mice. The animal model of fear injury during pregnancy was established by bystander electric shock. The offspring were divided into groups and 15 mice were selected by random digital table at the age of 80 days. Open field test, sugar water preference test and tail suspension test were used to evaluate the emotion of neonatal rats. Brain dialysis fluid was collected in the right hippocampus by brain stereotactic apparatus, and the levels of NE and EP were detected by high performance liquid chromatography-electron capture detection (HPLC-ECD). Results the horizontal score, vertical score, sugar water preference test sugar water consumption and sugar water preference value of the model group were lower than those of the control group, and the rest time of the tail suspension test was longer than that of the control group (P 0.05). The level of NE,EP in hippocampus of the model group was lower than that of the control group at each perfusion time point (P 0.05). The level of NE in hippocampus of neonatal rats was positively correlated with the horizontal score of open field test, vertical score and sugar water preference test, and negatively correlated with the rest time of tail suspension test (P 0.05). The level of EP in hippocampus was positively correlated with the score of open field test and the value of sugar water preference in sugar water preference test, and negatively correlated with the rest time of tail suspension test (P 0.05). Conclusion the emotion of 80-day-old pregnant rats can be changed, and the levels of NE and EP in hippocampus can be changed. The emotional changes are closely related to the levels of NE and EP in hippocampus.
