【摘要】：目的:探討生存素(survivin)、血管內(nèi)皮生長因子-C(VEGF-C)在卵巢上皮性癌發(fā)生、發(fā)展及腹腔轉(zhuǎn)移中的作用,以及兩蛋白表達(dá)的相關(guān)性。方法:采用免疫組化法檢測132例原發(fā)性卵巢上皮性癌、50例交界性上皮性腫瘤及50例良性上皮性腫瘤組織中survivin和VEGF-C蛋白的表達(dá),分析其表達(dá)與臨床病理特征的關(guān)系。結(jié)果:卵巢癌組織中survivin和VEGF-C陽性表達(dá)率分別為90.1%(119/132)和87.9%(116/132),明顯高于良性腫瘤組[22.0%(11/50),35.0%(15/50)]和交界性腫瘤組[48.0%(24/50),56.0%(28/50)](P0.05)。卵巢癌組織中survivin和VEGF-C表達(dá)呈正相關(guān)(r=0.592,P0.05)。腫瘤分化越低、臨床分期越高、脈管內(nèi)有癌栓及有淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移的卵巢癌組織中,survivin和VEGF-C蛋白的陽性率越高。結(jié)論:VEGF-C與survivin可能在卵巢癌的發(fā)生發(fā)展過程中發(fā)揮著協(xié)調(diào)作用,兩者聯(lián)合檢測可作為判斷卵巢癌惡性程度、侵襲、預(yù)后的重要指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the role of (survivin), vascular endothelial growth factor C (VEGF-C) in the occurrence, development and abdominal metastasis of ovarian epithelial carcinoma, and the correlation between the expression of the two proteins.
