【摘要】：正患者,28歲,因貧血3~+年,胚胎停育伴凝血功能異常,于2017年2月6日入院。3~+年前因血紅蛋白低伴鐵蛋白低外院診斷缺鐵性貧血,予間斷口服多糖鐵復(fù)合物治療至今。治療期間血紅蛋白和鐵蛋白有所增加,停藥或每次月經(jīng)結(jié)束后血紅蛋白和鐵蛋白指標(biāo)下降。1~-年前華西醫(yī)院檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)凝血因子異常:血漿因子Ⅷ凝血活性(FⅧ:C)0.543(參考值:0.60~
