【摘要】：正一、病例摘要患者27歲,孕1產(chǎn)0,孕37周,因"妊娠合并多發(fā)性神經(jīng)纖維瘤,雙下肢水腫半月,加重1周"于2016年4月15日收入上海交通大學(xué)附屬第六人民醫(yī)院產(chǎn)科�；颊�5歲左右皮膚出現(xiàn)咖啡色斑塊,未在意,10歲時(shí)因上臂疼痛就診于北京大學(xué)第三醫(yī)院,診斷為多發(fā)性神經(jīng)纖維瘤病,并予手術(shù)切除腫瘤,之后分別于2002年、2006年、2007年、2008年、2009年、2010年、2011年、2012年及2014年行右膝、臀部、腦部、左下肢、肺尖、右上肢、髂骨等多部位的神經(jīng)纖維瘤切除術(shù)。自訴家族成員中無多發(fā)性神經(jīng)纖維瘤病,孕前病情平穩(wěn),孕12周在上海交通大學(xué)附屬第六人民產(chǎn)科建卡產(chǎn)檢,
[Abstract]:On April 15, 2016, the patient was admitted to the obstetrical department of the sixth people's Hospital of Shanghai Jiaotong University because of "pregnancy complicated with polyneurofibroma, edema of both lower limbs for half a month, aggravated by one week". At the age of 10, the patient was diagnosed with polyneurofibromatosis in the third Hospital of Peking University due to upper arm pain, and underwent surgical resection of the tumor. Then, in 2002, 2006, 2007, the patient had a brown-colored plaque in the skin of about 5 years old. Neurofibroma resection was performed in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2014 in the right knee, hip, brain, left lower limb, tip of lung, right upper limb, ilium and so on. He complained to himself that there were no polyneurofibromatosis among the family members, and the condition was stable before pregnancy. At 12 weeks of gestation, the sixth people's obstetrical department attached to Shanghai Jiaotong University had a antenatal examination.
