【摘要】：經(jīng)20年的推廣應(yīng)用,加速康復(fù)外科(ERAS)的理念現(xiàn)已深入到外科的各個領(lǐng)域,并取得了令人矚目的成績。在我國ERAS在結(jié)直腸及肝膽胰外科等領(lǐng)域得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用,并形成了相關(guān)的專家共識,但其在婦科尚未得到足夠重視。2016年國際ERAS協(xié)會提出了ERAS在婦科/婦科腫瘤的應(yīng)用指南。因此,為使大家更好的理解及應(yīng)用ERAS,現(xiàn)將其在婦科的應(yīng)用進(jìn)展做一綜述。
[Abstract]:After 20 years of popularization and application, the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery (ERAS) has gone deep into various fields of surgery, and has achieved remarkable achievements. ERAS has been widely used in colorectal surgery, hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery and other fields in China, and has formed a consensus among relevant experts, but it has not been paid enough attention to in gynaecology. In 2016, the International ERAS Association put forward guidelines for the application of ERAS in gynecological / gynecological tumors. Therefore, in order to make us better understand and apply ERAS, this paper reviews the progress of its application in gynecology.
