【摘要】：目的分析濟(jì)源市老年宮頸癌患者的病理分型及預(yù)后特點(diǎn)。方法選擇75例老年宮頸癌患者為研究對(duì)象(觀察組),采用回顧性分析法觀察患者的臨床資料,將同期住院的75例中青年宮頸癌患者作為對(duì)照組,觀察老年宮頸癌患者的病理分型及預(yù)后特點(diǎn)。結(jié)果觀察組患者的陰道不規(guī)則出血發(fā)生率為68.0%,顯著高于對(duì)照組的33.3%;觀察組患者病理類型多為鱗癌,其中分期3+4期所占比率為80.0%,顯著高于對(duì)照組的53.3%,觀察組患者的腫瘤大小、預(yù)后顯著優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論老年宮頸癌多為鱗癌,瘤體較小,分期較晚,癥狀多見陰道不規(guī)則流血,相對(duì)于中青年宮頸癌患者來(lái)說(shuō)預(yù)后較好。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the pathological classification and prognosis of elderly patients with cervical cancer in Jiyuan city. Methods 75 elderly patients with cervical cancer were selected as the study group. The clinical data of the patients were observed by retrospective analysis, and 75 young and middle-aged cervical cancer patients in the same period were selected as the control group. To observe the pathological classification and prognosis of elderly patients with cervical cancer. Results the incidence of irregular vaginal bleeding in the observation group was 68.0, which was significantly higher than that in the control group. The pathological types of the patients in the observation group were mostly squamous cell carcinoma, and the proportion of stage 34 was 80.0, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (53.3%). The tumor size and prognosis of the patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Cervical cancer in the elderly is usually squamous cell carcinoma with small tumor and late staging. The symptoms of cervical cancer are irregular bleeding of vagina, and the prognosis is better than that of young and middle-aged cervical cancer patients.
