基因組印記與胎盤發(fā)育的研究進展

【摘要】:基因組印記是指來源于雙親源性的等位基因只有一方表達,這些單親源性表達的等位基因被稱為印記基因。許多研究表明印記基因在胎盤中廣泛存在,與胎盤的生長和發(fā)育以及母、胎間的營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)交換等密切相關。而分析印記基因的功能有助于理解為何在哺乳動物的發(fā)育過程中基因會發(fā)生印記以及印記基因?qū)Πl(fā)育的意義,相關印記基因的研究為理解人類疾病提供了新的角度,包括低體質(zhì)量出生兒、遺傳代謝性疾病以及妊娠并發(fā)癥如先兆子癇、妊娠期糖尿病等等。因此本綜述將從表觀遺傳角度探討基因組印記與胎盤發(fā)育的關系。
[Abstract]:Genomic imprinting refers to the expression of only one parent allele, which is called imprinted gene. Many studies have shown that imprinted genes are widely present in the placenta and are closely related to the growth and development of the placenta and the exchange of nutrients between the mother and the fetus. Analysis of the function of imprinting genes helps to understand why imprinting occurs during mammalian development and the significance of imprinting genes to development. The study of imprinted genes provides a new perspective for understanding human diseases. These include low-body weight births, inherited metabolic disorders, and pregnancy complications such as preeclampsia, gestational diabetes, and so on. Therefore, this review will explore the relationship between genomic imprinting and placental development from the perspective of epigenetics.
